What does “Level 6 Service” Mean?

According to Bruce D. Schneider’s Energy Leadership framework, we all experience seven levels of energy throughout our day.

At lower levels, we may feel nervous, overwhelmed, frustrated, and reactive, making it harder to find solutions, achieve results, and enjoy work and life.

At higher levels, we access creativity, confidence, and connection, and we show up as our best selves.

Level 6 is one of the highest energy levels, and is characterized by wisdom, joy, fearlessness, and a win-win mindset.
